本文利用广东企业用工调查数据从微观层面对农村外出劳动力的工资水平差异进行研究,主要分析了农村外出劳动力的年龄、性别、户籍、文化程度、技能、当地工作时间、本单位工作时间等个人特征,以及劳动力工作区域、工作搜寻渠道等变量对农村外出劳动力的工资水平的影响。本文发现:农村外出劳动力的人力资本特征是影响工资收入的主要因素,农村外出劳动力市场的市场化程度要高于城镇劳动力市场;性别对农村外出劳动力工资影响比较大,而区域因素影响较小,农村外出劳动力工资不能反映经济发展和生活水平,出现扭曲;搜寻渠道的市场化程度对农村劳动力的影响不大,农村外出劳动力市场信息化程度严重滞后。
This paper studies the differences of wage level of rural migrant workers from the micro level by using the survey data of corporate employers in Guangdong. It mainly analyzes the personal characteristics such as the age, sex, household registration, educational level, skills, local working hours and working hours of rural migrant workers , As well as the impact of labor force work areas, job search channels and other variables on the salaries of rural migrant workers. This paper finds that the characteristics of human capital of migrant workers in rural areas are the main factors that affect wage income. The marketability of migrant workers in rural areas is higher than that in urban labor markets. The gender impact on migrant workers' wages in rural areas is relatively large, but the impact of regional factors is relatively small, Salaries of migrant workers in rural areas can not reflect economic development and living standards, and distortions occur; the degree of marketization of search channels has little effect on rural labor force, and the degree of informatization of rural labor force market lags behind seriously.
