本文首先指出上海牌轿车的燃油供给和进气系的不足之处。然后介绍了选用双腔分动的单化油器和改进进气预热和进气歧管后,在汽车的动力性不受影响的前提下,使用油耗约可降低10%。用这种方法对几百辆汽车进行了改装,反映良好。节约能源和控制环境污染是当前科学技术的重点课题。为解决汽车的节能和污染问题,改善汽车发动机的燃烧和提高发动机的热效率是重要途径。上海牌轿车发动机使用双化油器,给调整带来困难;进气预热机构多数失效,混合气过浓,致使整车的耗油量较大,排放性能较差。
This paper first points out the shortcomings of the fuel supply and intake system of Shanghai brand cars.
