一、引言义江河位于洛清江的上游,集雨面积931.6平方公里,主河道长度85.1公里,流域内10平方公里以上的小河流有17条。解放后兴建大小引水工程共计161处,其中较大的引水工程有东长岭、五合、鹅塘岭、城联、古岭、中江、古落、蓬来、祖庙、龙江、古赖、浔江等12处。坝型基本上属于折线型和克—奥型两类实用堰。平均坝高2.5米,最大坝高7.3米。溢流坝的建筑材料为水泥沙浆砌块石及混凝土护石,基础多为沙卵石复盖层。泄水建筑物下游的消能主要是采用底流消能和面流消能两种
