采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES),对云南省白族长寿区的大米、玉米和 黄豆中的19种元素进行了测定。结果显示,在3种谷类粮食中,均含有人体必需的3种常量元 素 Mg、 P、S及4种微量元素 Cr、 Mn、 Fe、 Zn,其中 P、S、Mg、Fe、 Zn的含量最高,其次是 Mn、Cr。这7种人体必需元素在3种谷类粮食中的含量分布不一,以黄豆中含量为最高。该地区 人能健康长寿与其粮食中富含这些生命元素密切相关。
Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was used to determine the 19 elements in rice, corn and soybean in Changshou of Bai nationality. The results showed that the three kinds of cereal grains contained three kinds of essential elements Mg, P, S and four kinds of trace elements Cr, Mn, Fe, Zn, among which P, S, Mg, Fe and Zn were the highest , Followed by Mn, Cr. The seven kinds of human essential elements in the distribution of three kinds of cereal grains in different levels, the highest content of soybeans.
