§1-1 概述容器泄漏检测是无损检测的一种。人们最早是用盛水法检查容器的泄漏。四十年代以前,只有简单的几种检漏方法,当时最高灵敏度为10~(-5)~10~(-6)托·升/秒。四十年代以后,将质谱技术应用于检漏,才使检漏技术有了重大突破。目前,虽然氦质谱检漏仪的灵敏度达到10~(-13)托、升/秒,但并非是万能的。至今为止,检漏方法已达近六十种,它们各有各的长处。检漏技术对于真空容器来说,其重要性是十分明显的,对受压容器的制造和检修,也是一种重要的手段。
