为了使井口调度随时掌握罐笼在竖井中的运行情况,以便打点准确无误,避免事故发生,我们研制了一种简易的罐笼行程连续指示装置。现将本装置简要介绍如下: 基本原理利用自整角机的特点,将发送机安装在卷扬机室,通过减速装置的变速,把卷筒的转速n转变成角度信号θ传送给井口接收机,而接收机产生的角度信号θ再通过执行元件转变成垂直行程L。因为卷筒旋转是连续的,所以相应的行程L也是连续的。工作方框图见附图。
