目的应用反相高效液相色谱法测定脉络宁颗粒中绿原酸的含量。方法以乙睛-0.4%磷酸溶液(13:87)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为327nm。采用C18化学键合硅胶为固定相,在327nm进行测定。结果绿原酸在0.1~0.8μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.52%。结论该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Mailuoning granules by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The mobile phase was acetonitrile - 0.4% phosphoric acid solution (13:87), the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the detection wavelength was 327 nm. C18 chemically bonded silica as a stationary phase, measured at 327nm. Results The linearity of chlorogenic acid in the range of 0.1 ~ 0.8μg was good with the average recovery of 99.52%. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable and accurate and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
