2003年7月,江西省委、省政府做出加快农村公路建设的决定。截至2004年底,江西省先后投入81.66亿元,硬化路面1.75万公里,极大地改善了农村道路通行条件。但是,随着农村公路通车里程的不断增长,养护管理成为影响农村公路新形象迫切需要解决的问题。对此,我们就江西省农村公路管养问题进行了专题调研。
In July 2003, Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government made the decision to speed up rural road construction. By the end of 2004, 81.66 billion yuan had been invested in Jiangxi Province and 17,000 kilometers of hardened pavements had been made, which greatly improved the conditions of rural roads. However, with the continuous increase of the mileage of rural roads, the maintenance and management have become urgent problems that need to be solved in affecting the new image of rural roads. In this regard, we conducted a special survey on the issue of custody of rural road in Jiangxi Province.
