散发性脑炎无特效治疗,传统治疗以激素为主,辅以对症、支持疗法。在疾病早期有一定的疗效。但疗程长(至少一月余),付作用大,突出是激素治疗中免疫功能下降,使病情反复大,易合并其他感染。现介绍在使用激素早期同时采用自血光量子充氧治疗14例散发性脑炎,有效率达100％,从而减少激素剂量和疗程,予后大有改善,随诊3—6个月,未见病情反复。
