正确认识我国现阶段的所有制性质,积极探索公有制的有效实现形式,这是我国改革开放和社会主义市场经济建设的客观要求,也是搞好我国国有企业改革的现实需要。坚持邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义的理论,就是要明确我国处在社会主义初级阶段的历史时期,以建设社会主义市场经济体制为改革目标,积极探寻并最终形成有利于我国生产力发展的公有制实现形式。党的十五大的顺利召开,对于我们全面准确地认识公有制实现形式这个敏感而又极为重要的问题,具有非凡的历史意义。
Correctly understanding the nature of ownership at the present stage in our country and actively exploring the effective form of public ownership is an objective requirement of our country’s reform and opening up and the construction of a socialist market economy. It is also a realistic need for the reform of state-owned enterprises in our country. To uphold Deng Xiaoping’s theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics means that we must make it clear that our country is in the historical period of the initial stage of socialism and take the building of a socialist market economic system as the reform goal and actively explore and eventually form a public ownership system that is conducive to the development of productive forces in our country . The smooth convening of the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has extraordinary historical significance for us to fully and accurately understand the sensitive and extremely important issue of the realization of public ownership.
