神华准格尔能源有限责任公司(以下简称神华准能公司)作为神华集团的核心子公司,于2013年1月24日正式启动了ERP项目。经过各方面的共同努力,目前项目组已经按计划完成了各阶段性工作任务,并于2013年11月12日正式上线运行。本文分析了神华准能公司建设ERP给企业带来的影响以及在此应用过程中可能存在的风险,并提出了相应的风险规避措施。最后得出了如下结论,ERP建设对于推进体制改革、改进业务流程、强化成本控制、规范经营行为、提高管理水平,提高经济效益,有着积极的促进作用。
Shenhua Zhungeer Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shenhua Zhunneng), as the core subsidiary of Shenhua Group, officially started the ERP project on January 24, After all aspects of joint efforts, the project team has completed all stages of work according to plan and was officially launched on November 12, 2013. This paper analyzes the impact of Shenhua Zhunneng company building ERP on enterprises and the possible risks in the process of application, and puts forward corresponding risk aversion measures. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn: ERP construction has a positive role in promoting institutional reform, improving business processes, strengthening cost control, standardizing management practices, improving management level and raising economic benefits.
