广枣为藏、蒙医习用药材。生药为漆树科植物南酸枣(Choerospondias axillaris(Rox b.)Burtt et Hill)的成熟果实。临床主治心悸不安、行气活血、养血安神。广枣经现代药理学研究,证明有抗实验性心律失常作用。对动物耐缺氧和急性心肌缺血有保护作用。广枣的化学成分研究国内外未见报导。仅报导从广枣中分离出总黄酮,并认为是有效成分。本文作者用抗ADP诱导血小板聚集为指标,从广枣的乙醇提取物中跟踪分离出部分活血有效成分。晶Ⅰ白色针状结晶,mp200~1℃,三氯化铁反应呈墨绿色,与溴甲酚蓝反应呈黄色,紫外灯下呈蓝紫色荧光。结合光谱分析鉴定为原儿茶酸(Protocatechuic acid)。晶Ⅱ白色针晶,mp258~9℃,三氯化铁、溴甲酚蓝反应均为阳性,紫外灯下呈蓝紫色荧光。结合光谱
Guangzao is a traditional medicine for Tibetan and Mongolian medicine. The crude drug is the mature fruit of Choerospondias axillaris (Rox b.) Burtt et Hill. Indications of clinical anxiety, qi and blood circulation, nourishing the nerves. The modern pharmacology of Guangzaojing proves that it has anti-arrhythmic effect. Animals have a protective effect against hypoxia and acute myocardial ischemia. There is no report on the chemical composition of Chinese jujube at home and abroad. Only the total flavonoids were isolated from the jujube and reported as an effective ingredient. The authors used the anti-ADP-induced platelet aggregation as an indicator to track and isolate some of the active ingredients of blood circulation from the ethanol extract of H. jujuba. Crystal I white needle-like crystal, mp200 ~ 1 °C, ferric chloride reaction was dark green, and bromocresol blue reaction was yellow, ultraviolet light blue-violet fluorescence. Combined with spectral analysis identified as protocatechuic acid (Protocatechuic acid).
