液塑夹具虽然有定位精度高,使用方便等优点,但并没有在国内工厂中被广泛采用。我们认为原因之一是由于夹具中关键定位元件——薄壁胀套寿命低,磨损后更换麻烦。为了解决薄壁胀套寿命低的问题,我们把快速笔涂刷镀新技术应用到夹具的修复中(见附图),效果很好。现将修复工艺简介如下: 1.当胀套磨损报废后(一般磨损极限为0.04mm时报废)。不用卸夹具,即可准备笔涂修复。 2.把笔涂电源接在机床电柜上,得到220V电压。
Although the plastic-plastic fixture has high positioning accuracy, easy to use, etc., it is not widely used in domestic factories.
