京少儿书画文(2009)年8号全国各省、自治区、市少年宫、培训学校、中学、小学、幼儿园等单位:为了弘扬祖国传统书法、美术等艺术,加强少年儿童素质教育,展示在书画领域中有造诣的一代新人风采,庆祝新中国60华诞,喜迎2010年上海国际世界博览会,为全国各地热爱书画艺术的少年儿童提供一个广阔的书画艺术交流舞台,“龙人杯”全国少儿书画大赛委员会、辅导员杂志社、徐悲鸿纪念馆等单位决定:2009年9月至2010年6月举办第八届“龙人杯”全国少儿书画大赛,并于2010年“六一”国际儿童节揭晓获奖名单。
