无晶体性青光眼是在晶体摘除后并发的一种高眼压症,常规的青光眼造瘘术,瘘口可被玻璃体的阻塞而招致手术失败;单纯睫状体剥离,久后又因睫状体上腔的重新闭塞难于长时维持该房水排泄通道的畅通,我院在1979～1986年间,采用睫状体剥离和冷冻联合术(简称“联合术”)治疗了11例无晶体性青光眼(其中5倒包含有外伤性青光眼因素)和1例外伤晶体脱臼性青光眼,疗效尚满意,手术操作简单安全,特介绍如下。
