对某125 mL摩托车与炭罐进行匹配试验研究,对脱附口位置进行优化选择,试验表明当脱附点取化油器柱塞前附近、负压点取发动机进气歧管内时,炭罐的有效吸附量为7.06 g,大于该车的估计燃油蒸发排放量3.779 g,该车可以达到摩托车燃油蒸发排放标准;试验证明其尾气排放也满足国Ⅲ排放标准要求,CO为1.76 g/km,HC为0.066g/km,NOX为0.103 g/km。
