消费是关系到每一个家庭和个人的重要问题,消费者的权益保护也是影响社会发展和经济稳定的重要内容。《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》的颁布和实施在维护消费者合法权益方面发挥了重要作用。我国有关于消费者合法权益维护的相关法律法规也不断推出,在该领域中得到了长足进步和发展。但是从法律法规颁布后的实施情况来看,消费者保障法实施不够到位,法律完善程度需要进一步提升。作为一名高中学生,我查阅了有关于消费者保障法完善的相关文献和资料,总结了消费者保障法完善的注意事项,希望老师对文章给予积极指导。
Consumption is an important issue that affects every family and individual. The protection of the rights and interests of consumers is also an important part of the social development and economic stability. The promulgation and implementation of the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers” played an important role in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. The relevant laws and regulations concerning the safeguard of the legitimate rights and interests of consumers in our country have also been introduced continuously and great progress and development have been made in this field. However, from the implementation of the laws and regulations after the promulgation of the situation, the implementation of consumer protection law is not in place, the degree of legal perfection needs to be further improved. As a high school student, I consulted with relevant literature and information on the improvement of consumer protection law, summed up the consummation of consumer protection law, I hope the teacher to give positive guidance to the article.
