目的 通过蕲蛇酶对 80例高粘血症患者的治疗 ,研究其对纤维蛋白原的影响 ,试图寻找防栓抗栓的理想药物。方法 采用蕲蛇酶注射液 0 .75 u静脉滴注 ,每天 1次 ,连用 1 4天 ,观察治疗前后临床症状、甲襞微循环 ( NFM)、血液流变学及脂代谢的变化。结果 该药除具有缓解临床症状 ,改善 NFM,降低血粘度、红细胞压积、血小板吸附率及改变脂代谢紊乱等作用外 ,还能有效地降低血浆纤维蛋白原含量。结论 蕲蛇酶注射液对防治血栓形成具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of viper on the treatment of 80 patients with hyperviscosity by fibrinogen in order to find the ideal drug for preventing and blocking embolism. Methods The intramuscular injection of 蕲 snake enzyme 075 u was used intravenously once daily for 14 days to observe the changes of clinical symptoms, nailfold microcirculation (NFM), hemorheology and lipid metabolism before and after treatment. Results In addition to relieving clinical symptoms, improving NFM, lowering blood viscosity, hematocrit, platelet adsorption rate and changing lipid metabolic disorder, the drug can effectively reduce the content of plasma fibrinogen. Conclusion Acutus injection is very important for prevention and treatment of thrombosis.
