本文认为 ,对继续教育的认识问题是影响高等学校继续教育发展的关键问题 ;实行归口管理 ,理顺管理关系 ,建立健全管理制度和管理机构是发展学校继续教育的基本保证 ;探查学校继续教育资源 ,建立激励机制 ,调动各方面办学积极性是发展学校继续教育的有效措施 ;勇于探索 ,大胆实践 ,不断提高办学水平和办学效益是学校继续教育的发展目标。只要坚持不懈地努力 ,高等学校的继续教育一定会有序而健康地发展
This article argues that the recognition of continuing education is a key issue that affects the development of continuing education in higher education institutions. The implementation of centralized management, rationalization of management relations, establishment and improvement of management systems and management institutions are the basic guarantees for the development of continuing education in schools. It is an effective measure to develop continuing education in schools by setting up an incentive mechanism and mobilizing the enthusiasm of all parties to run the school. The courage to explore, boldly practice and continuously enhance the level of running a school and the efficiency of running a school are the development goals of continuing education in schools. As long as we work tirelessly, continuing education in colleges and universities will surely develop orderly and healthily
