近年来,我院深入贯彻高检院工作部署,采取有力措施,依法查办涉农职务犯罪,为社会主义新农村建设提供有力司法保障。2007年以来,我院共查办涉农职务犯罪案件20件25人,其中贪污案8件8人,贿赂案4件4人,挪用公款案2件7人,渎职侵权案6件6人。下面结合我院所办理的几起涉农职务犯罪案
In recent years, our hospital has thoroughly implemented the deployment of the work of the High Procuratorate, taken effective measures to investigate and deal with crimes involving agriculture in accordance with the law, and provided strong judicial guarantees for the construction of a new socialist countryside. Since 2007, our hospital has investigated and dealt with 20 cases involving 20 job-related crime in agriculture, including 8 cases of corruption in 8 cases, 4 cases of bribing 4 cases, 2 cases of embezzlement cases in 2 cases and 6 cases of malfeasance and infringement cases.
