都说安监执法工作任务重、压力大,经常加班加点,但从安监执法工作者身上,依然能感受到的满满的热情、开朗和阳光。赵翔,山东省威海市安全生产监察支队二大队大队长,一个刚挤上末班车的“80后”。在9年安监工作之前,赵翔是一名有着9年军龄的中国人民解放军正连职海军军官。2009年,因所在部队整编,前途被普遍看好的他主动向组织提出转业申请。不少战友同事都对此不理解,因为当时部队工资已经大幅上涨,他又有机要方面的专业特长,因为军龄短、职务低,转业择岗则处于劣势。赵翔
