建立了N-丙基乙二胺快速净化结合超高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定水产品中氯霉素残留量的方法。水产样品先用乙酸乙酯提取,用N-丙基乙二胺吸附净化后,通过超高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定,氘代同位素内标法定量。方法在0.1~10.0μg/kg的添加范围内的平均回收率为85.9%~102.3%,相对标准偏差为3.67%~5.24%,定量检出限为0.1μg/kg。方法除杂净化效果好,快速简便,可用于水产品中氯霉素的日常检测。
A method for the rapid determination of chloramphenicol residues in aquatic products by N-propyl ethylenediamine combined with ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established. Aquatic samples were extracted with ethyl acetate, purified by N-propyl ethylenediamine adsorption, determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and quantified by deuterated isotope internal standard method. The average recovery of the method in the range of 0.1 ~ 10.0μg / kg was 85.9% ~ 102.3%, the relative standard deviation was 3.67% ~ 5.24%, and the limit of quantification was 0.1μg / kg. Method of impurity removal and purification effect is good, quick and easy, can be used for routine detection of chloramphenicol in aquatic products.
