刘坎龙,男,汉族,1956年生,河北省献县人,中共党员。1982年2月毕业于新疆师范大学中文系汉语言文学专业,同年分配到新疆教育学院中文系任教,曾任中文系副主任、主任、党总支书记。现为新疆教育学院人文学院教授,新疆教育学院学科带头人,《新疆教育学院学报》(汉文版)主编,新疆师范大学硕士研究生导师,中国散曲研究会理事,全国教师教育学会理
