目的 :测定盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊的人体内药动学和相对生物利用度。方法 :用高效液相色谱法测定 1 2名志愿者随机交叉口服两药厂生产的盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊 2 5mg后 ,血浆中的药物浓度。结果 :口服两种盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊后的药 -时曲线下面积分别为 (597 79± 1 59 2 1 ) μg·h·L 1 和 (60 5 2 2± 1 76 51 ) μg·h·L 1 ,血药浓度达峰时间分别为 (3 2 5± 0 45)h和 (3 50± 0 52 )h ,峰浓度分别为 (83 0 9± 30 1 2 )ng·ml 1 和 (82 1 2± 2 0 97)ng·ml 1 。结论 :两种胶囊具有生物等效性
Objective: To determine the pharmacokinetics and relative bioavailability of flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in human. Methods: The plasma concentration of 12 mg of flunarizine hydrochloride capsules was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (LC-MS). Results: The area under the drug-time curve after oral administration of flunarizine hydrochloride capsules were (597 79 ± 1 592 1) μg · h · L 1 and (60 5 2 ± 1 76 51) μg · h · L 1, peak plasma concentrations were (3 2 5 ± 0 45) h and (3 50 ± 0 52) h, peak concentrations were (83 0 9 ± 30 1 2) ng · ml 1 and 82 1 2 ± 2 0 97) ng · ml 1. Conclusion: The two capsules are bioequivalent
