目的设计氧气湿化瓶管芯清洗架,完善氧气湿化瓶的集中供应管理。方法对采用两种不同的装载工具进行全自动清洗消毒的湿化瓶管芯的清洗质量及干燥质量进行对比分析。结果实验组清洗合格率和干燥合格率均高于对照组。结论合理的装载方式能提高湿化瓶管芯的清洗质量及干燥质量。
Objective To design oxygen humidification bottle die cleaning rack and improve the centralized supply management of oxygen humidification bottle. Methods The cleaning quality and drying quality of wet bottle vials with automatic cleaning and disinfection using two different loading tools were compared. Results Experimental group cleaning pass rate and dry pass rate were higher than the control group. Conclusion Reasonable loading method can improve the wet cleaning bottle tube cleaning quality and dry quality.
