一、前言球墨铸铁是—种新型的铸铁,由于其石墨析出成球状,金属基体较硬而强,因此具有较高的机械性能。但直到目前为止,对球状石墨形成的理论还未得出可靠的定论,主要困难在于近代科学还没有建立稳固而不可驳倒的一般石墨化理论,并且至今还没有能直接观察石墨化过程进行的工具。另一方面生产球墨铸铁对原材料含硫量的限制要求很高。58年大跃进以来,机械制造工业突飞猛进,对原材料的供应就发生了—定的困难。为了贯彻“以铸代锻,以铁代钢”的精神,我们对高硫土铁制造球墨铸铁进行了试验,本文就试验经过情况作一简单介绍,并根据试验过程中所发现的—些现象,提供—些对高硫球墨铸铁球化理论的不成熟看法,与大家共同商榷。
First, the foreword Ductile iron is a new type of cast iron, due to its graphite precipitated into a ball, the metal matrix is harder and stronger, so with high mechanical properties. However, until now, no reliable conclusion has been reached on the theory of the formation of spherical graphite. The main difficulty is that modern science has not yet established a solid and irrefutable general graphitization theory, and so far no tool has been available to directly observe the graphitization process . On the other hand the production of ductile iron on the sulfur content of the raw material requirements are high. Since the Great Leap Forward of 58 years, the machinery manufacturing industry has made rapid advances and the supply of raw materials has taken on a certain set of difficulties. In order to carry out the principle of “casting forged forging and steel for iron”, we carried out experiments on the ductile iron made from high-sulfur earth iron. In this paper, we briefly introduce the experimental conditions, and according to the phenomena found during the test , To provide - some of the immature view of the nodular cast iron high-sulfur ductile theory, to discuss with everyone.
