患者男,2岁, 左颌下肿胀伴发热4天来院就诊。一星期前,开始咳嗽、流涕、低热等上感症状。第3天,见左颌下肿起,逐日加重,体温持续升高,达39℃以上,在当地医院给抗生素等抗炎治疗,效果不佳。 专科检查:左颌下区呈弥漫性肿胀,已波及颏下及左面部,下颌下缘消失,向下达颈上部,颌下区明显触痛,表面皮肤无红肿无波动。颌下穿刺抽出脓液。开口受限,口腔内未见炎性病灶。体温38.8～39.8℃,白细胞21000/mm~3,嗜中性白细胞80%,淋巴细胞20%。
