随着近年来国内高职院校招生制度不断改革,高职院校教育已经逐渐大众化,给高职院校毕业生就业指导工作带来了越来越多的挑战,需要进一步促进职业指导工作全面发展,适应时代的发展变化。本文主要探讨了目前高职院校职业指导工作所面临的问题,并且研究了问题的解决途径,推动高职院校实现高质量的职业指导工作。
