用克山病病区粮和非病区粮喂养大鼠,并以锰和异丙基肾上腺素(ISO)作为条件因素建立动物心肌损伤模型,观察维生素E对心肌损伤的保护作用。实验结果表明,补充维生素E组(C和D组)大鼠心肌和肝脏脂质过氧化物(MDA)含量明显下降,心肌的细胞色素氧化酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶活性有不同程度的提高。心肌坏死检出率和坏死面积也有降低和缩小的趋势。而非病区粮+Mn+VE+ISO组心肌坏死检出率最低,坏死面积最小,可能与非病区粮中含硒量高有关。
Rats were fed with grain and non-wedged grain of Keshan disease. Animal model of myocardial injury was established by using manganese and isoproterenol (ISO) as the condition factors. The protective effect of vitamin E on myocardial injury was observed. The experimental results showed that the content of lipid peroxidation (MDA) in myocardium and liver of rats in vitamin E supplemented group (C and D group) decreased significantly, and the activities of cytochrome oxidase and succinate dehydrogenase in myocardium increased to some extent. Myocardial necrosis detection rate and necrosis area also has the tendency to reduce and reduce. The non-ward food + Mn + VE + ISO group, the lowest detection rate of myocardial necrosis, the smallest necrosis area, may be related to the high content of non-diseased food grain Se related.
