张宗亮,男,汉族,1963年5月出生,山东商河人,中共党员,教授级高级工程师。1984年7月,毕业于清华大学水利水电工程建筑专业,分配到昆明勘测设计研究院参加工作。1990年任设计室副主任,1995年任天生桥工程处副处长,1999年任院副总工程师,2003年任院总工程师。1989年评为工程师,1995年晋升为高级工程师,2003年晋升为教授级高级工程师。2003年获得全国注册咨询工程师(投资)证书,2006年获得注册土木工程师(水利水电)证书。2001年11月入选云南省技术创新人才培养,2006年出站。2003年3月至2005年3月在天津大学建筑工程学院水利工程专业,修完了研究生全部课程。2005年录取为天津大学工程管理专业在职博士生。2005年被聘为大连理工大学兼职教授,2006年天津大学兼职教授、河海大学硕士生导师。2000年获云南省人民政府特殊津贴。2005年获全国水利水电勘测设计行业优秀设计总工程师。现任中国水利学会水工专业委员会副主任委员、岩石力学专业委员会委员,云南省水力发电工程学会常务理事。
Zhang Zongliang, male, Han nationality, born in May 1963, Shandong Shanghe people, member of the Communist Party of China, a professor-level senior engineer. July 1984, graduated from Tsinghua University, water conservancy and hydropower engineering architecture, assigned to Kunming Institute of Survey and Design to participate in the work. In 1990, he served as Deputy Director of Design Office, Deputy Director of Tianshengqiao Engineering Department in 1995, Deputy Chief Engineer of the Institute in 1999 and Chief Engineer of the Institute in 2003. In 1989 as an engineer, was promoted to senior engineer in 1995, 2003 was promoted to a professor level senior engineer. In 2003 the country registered consulting engineer (investment) certificate, in 2006 was registered civil engineer (water conservancy and hydropower) certificate. November 2001 selected Yunnan Province, technological innovation personnel training, outbound in 2006. March 2003 to March 2005 in Tianjin University School of Architectural Engineering water conservancy engineering, completed all the graduate courses. In 2005 admitted to Tianjin University engineering management professional in-service doctoral students. 2005 was hired as part-time professor at Dalian University of Technology, adjunct professor of Tianjin University in 2006, Master Instructor at Hohai University. In 2000 by the Yunnan Provincial People’s government special allowance. In 2005 by the national water conservancy and hydropower survey design industry excellent design chief engineer.
