高职院校“双师型”教师要求同时具备理论知识教学能力(或素质)和实践技能示范能力,但目前我国高职院校“双师”建设从引进到培养还存在许多问题。通过文献法、调查法、个案法验证了教师下企业锻炼是高职院校培养双师型教师的一个有效且经济的方式,如果能形成机制,对我国高职教育发展具有重要意义,同时也探讨了高职院校在实施教师下企业的过程中遇到的问题和处理方法。
Higher vocational colleges “double teacher ” teachers require both theoretical knowledge of teaching ability (or quality) and practical skills demonstration ability, but at present our country ’s vocational colleges “double division ” construction from introduction to training there are still many problem. Through literature method, investigation method and case law, it is verified that the enterprise training under teachers is an effective and economical way to cultivate double-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges. If the mechanism can be formed, it is of great significance to the development of higher vocational education in our country. This paper discusses the problems and solutions encountered by higher vocational colleges in the process of implementing teacher-run enterprises.
