一、概况本工程是1976年从日本引进的综合和用黄铁矿烧渣工程。因采用高温氯化冶炼工艺,故有较大的腐蚀性。1.主要腐蚀介质(1)气体:高温的氯化氢和二氧化硫混合气、氯气、亚硝酸气、二氧化硫气等。(2)液体:含金属离子的盐酸和稀硫酸混合液、氯化钙溶液、苛性钠溶液、硫酸、硫化钠溶液、碱式硫酸铝及亚硝酸钠溶液等。(3)固体:烧渣、氢氧化钙、碳酸钙和硫酸铝等。
I. Overview The project was imported from Japan in 1976 and integrated pyrite cinder project. Due to the use of high temperature chlorination smelting process, it is more corrosive. 1. The main corrosive medium (1) gas: high temperature hydrogen chloride and sulfur dioxide mixture, chlorine, nitrous acid, sulfur dioxide gas. (2) liquid: mixed solution of metal ions containing hydrochloric acid and dilute sulfuric acid, calcium chloride solution, caustic soda solution, sulfuric acid, sodium sulfide solution, basic aluminum sulfate and sodium nitrite solution. (3) solid: slag, calcium hydroxide, calcium carbonate and aluminum sulfate.
