目的建立高效液相色谱法测定复方丹参片中丹参素含量的方法。方法 HPLC法,Hy-persil填料C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(5:95),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为280nm。结果丹参素0.088～2μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.7%。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可作为复方丹参片的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of danshensu in compound Danshen tablets by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods HPLC method, Hy-persil packing C18 column, mobile phase methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid solution (5:95), flow rate 1.0 ml/min, detection wavelength 280 nm. Results The linearity of the range of 0.088～2μg of Danshensu was good (r=0.9995). The average recovery was 99.2% and the RSD was 1.7%. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be used as a quality control standard for compound Danshen tablets.
