随着改革开放的扩大深入,语言交际及变异日益复杂频繁。推广汉民族的共同的交际语言——普通话,既是百年大计,又是当务之急。而“推广普通话和方言研究是相辅相成的”(周祖谟:《研究现代汉语方言的重要意义》,香港《中国语文研究》1981年第2期)。朱建颂先生的《武汉方言研究》(武汉出版社出版),就是国家社科规划项目“汉语方言重点调查”的突出成果之一。
With the deepening of reform and opening up, language communication and variation are increasingly complicated and frequent. To promote the common communicative language of the Han nationality, namely Mandarin, is both a century-old plan and a top priority. However, “the promotion of Putonghua and dialect research is complementary to each other” (Zhou Zumo: “The Significance of Studying Modern Chinese Dialects”, “Chinese Studies in Hong Kong”, 1981, No. 2). Mr. Zhu Jiansong’s Wuhan Dialect Study (published by Wuhan Publishing House) is one of the outstanding achievements of the “National Key Survey of Chinese Dialects” under the State Social Science Planning Project.
