目的探讨经鼻内镜手术切除鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤可行性和手术效果。方法回顾性分析秦皇岛市工人医院五官科在2006-12-2010-12收治的18例鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤患者全部在鼻内镜下切除,术后门诊内镜定期随访。结果根据内镜下所见及术后影像学检查证实18例肿瘤全部切除。术后随访12个月～3a,5例复发,13例无复发。结论经鼻内镜切除鼻腔鼻窦肿瘤视野清晰,面部无瘢痕,损伤小,可以较好地保存鼻腔的重要结构。便于术后复查和处理,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and effect of nasal endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods Retrospective analysis of 18 cases of nasal sinus cancer patients treated by ENT in Qinhuangdao Workers’ Hospital during 2006-12-2010-12 were all under endoscopic resection and endoscopic follow-up after operation. Results According to endoscopic findings and postoperative imaging confirmed 18 cases of tumor resection. The patients were followed up for 12 months to 3 years, 5 cases relapsed and 13 cases had no recurrence. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic sinus surgery clear nasopharyngeal tumor clear vision, no scar on the face, less damage, can be well preserved nasal important structure. Convenient for postoperative review and treatment, is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
