本文讨论电弧炉排气预热废钢过程,提出在排气温度和流量变化幅度较大条件下的废钢预热器预热过程的数学模型。电子计算机的数学模拟表明:预热器内的废钢温度分布和热效率与排气温度和流量,废钢种类、装料方式和充填高度等因素有关。预热重料的效果优于轻料的;轻重料同装时,排气先通过轻料的热效率略高;此外,充填高度越高,预热效果就越好。
This paper discusses the preheating scrap process of electric arc furnace exhaust and proposes a mathematical model of the preheating process of scrap preheater under the condition of large variation of exhaust gas temperature and flow rate. The computer simulation of the computer shows that the temperature distribution and thermal efficiency of the scrap in the preheater are related to the temperature and flow of the exhaust gas, the type of scrap, the loading method and the filling height. The effect of preheating the heavy material is better than that of the light material. When the light and heavy materials are the same, the thermal efficiency of the exhaust gas passing through the light material is slightly higher. In addition, the higher the filling height, the better the preheating effect.
