第一章总则第一条为培育、发展商品市场(以下简称市场),维护市场秩序,保护市场开办者、市场经营者、商品经营者和消费者的合法权益,根据有关法律、行政法规规定,结合本省实际,制定本条例。第二条本条例所称市场,是指有固定场地和设施。有多个独立核算、独立承担法律责任的商品经营者入场经营各类生活资料和生产资料的现货交易场所。本条例所称市场开办者,是指依法投资开办市场的自然人、法人和其他组织。本条例所称市场经营者,是指从事市场物业管理,出租市场场地和设施,代表市场进行民事活动的
