引言华子山位于陕西省韩城县东北部,距禹门口很近,与黄河东岸龙门山一脉相连。韩城县至禹门口间由于存在北东向大断裂,致使地貌上反映为山地与平原分野十分明显,黄河越出禹门口一泻而下,颇为壮观。断裂带西北侧山峦起伏,覆盖很少,前寒武纪和古生代岩层裸露地表,兼之沟溪流向多与地层走向近于正交,地层剖面十分清楚,是研究陕甘宁盆地东南缘古生代地层的良好场所。
Introduction The mountain is located in the northeast of Hancheng County in Shaanxi Province, very close to Yumenkou and connected to the Longmen Mountain on the east coast of the Yellow River. Due to the north-east trending faults between Hancheng County and Yumenkou, the difference between the mountain and the plain reflected in the landscape is obvious. The Yellow River, which is more and more out of Yumenkou, is rather spectacular. Northwest side of the fault zone undulating hills, covering very few, Precambrian and Paleozoic strata exposed surface, and the trend of both the ditches and strata nearly orthogonal, the formation profile is very clear, is the study of the southern margin of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Paleozoic strata Good place.
