目的:调查浙江省庆元县中医院消化内科的老年患者营养风险状况,并进行评估与分析,为临床老年患者营养干预提供建议和依据。方法:对消化内科的400例老年患者进行营养风险状况进行评估,并分析消化内科老年患者存在营养风险的原因,找出采取应对措施。结果:400例老年患者通过营养风险调查发现,其中NRS≥3分的老年患者共264例,占66%;NRS评分<3分的老年患者共136例,占34%。结论:消化内科的老年患者存在着营养不良现象,营养风险发生率比较高,营养治疗的应用比较少,应进行营养干预。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the nutrition risk of elderly patients in Department of Gastroenterology of Qingyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zhejiang Province, and to evaluate and analyze the nutritional risk in elderly patients. Methods: The nutritional risk status of 400 elderly patients in the department of Gastroenterology was evaluated. The causes of nutritional risk in elderly patients with Gastroenterology were analyzed, and the countermeasures were found out. Results: A total of 264 senile patients with NRS≥3 were found to be 66% in the 400 elderly patients. According to the nutritional risk survey, 136 elderly patients (34%) had NRS score <3. Conclusion: There are malnutrition in elderly patients with gastroenterology, nutrition risk is relatively high, nutritional therapy is less applied, nutritional intervention should be carried out.
