连接螺钉在液压元件中是一重要零件,它不仅要保证连接牢固,而且要保证接合面密封可靠。使用中常常出现连接螺钉被拉长或拉断,乃至发生设备和人生事故的现象。所以对液压元件连接螺钉必须引起足够的重视。原因液压件连接螺钉多数为内六角螺钉,经常拉断的部位和原因如下。1.设计时对液压件连接螺钉的受力分析和强度计算考虑不够周到,未能充分地把液压冲击、应力集中及加工等因素加以考虑。2.按国标GB70-××生产的标准螺钉,
