党的十四届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于建立社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》,是九十年代我国进行经济体制改革的行动纲领,也为国有企业深化改革指出了明确的方向。为了推动《决定》的学习和贯彻,本刊编辑部于1993年12月8日召开座谈会,邀请北京地区印刷界有关人士座谈学习的心得与体会。下面刊出的是他们的发言摘要。
