背景:针对流感大流行的预防措施包括使人们在大流行前接种疫苗。这种疫苗应该具有很好的耐受性,并且可诱导持久的免疫记忆(可有效地提高单剂量流行流感疫苗的有效性)。研究评估了所提出的Vero细胞衍生的H5N1全病毒无佐剂疫苗,用不同的初免-加强免疫方案后的免疫效果。
Background: Preventive measures against the flu pandemic include getting people vaccinated before the pandemic. The vaccine should be well tolerated and induce long-lasting immune memory that effectively increases the effectiveness of a single-dose pandemic vaccine. The study evaluated the proposed immunogenicity of the Vero cell-derived H5N1 whole virus unadjuvanted vaccine with different prime-boost regimens.
