十八大以来,中央对加强和改进干部教育培训、提高干部素质和能力提出了新的更高的要求。分析了当前干部教育培训的现状和影响因素,提出了提高干部教育培训效果的对策。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the Central Committee has set new and higher requirements for strengthening and improving education and training for cadres and for improving the quality and ability of cadres. The current situation and influencing factors of cadre education and training are analyzed, and the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of cadre education and training are put forward.
