With the approval of the State Council, an experience exchange meeting on rural health construction jointly organized by the State Planning Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Agriculture was held on June 28, 1993 to July 1, 1993 in Weifang City, Shandong Province.
