为了全面实施国家基础教育发展纲要,推进素质教育,推动初中毕业、升学考试(以下简称中考)改革,根据国家教育部的指示,全国初中毕业、升学考试数学试卷评价课题组(数学试卷评价课题组由王继延、郑君威、张远增、马复、张春莉组成)对全国各地区的2001年初中毕业、升学考试数学试题进行了评价,形成了评价报告(该报告由王继延、郑君威、张远增、张春莉、马复执笔,胡耀华、孔凡哲、殷建中等参加了讨论).这是继1999年、2000年以来的第三次全国性的评价,其目的在于建立旨在促进学生素质全面发展的评价体系,充分调动考试与初中数学教学的互动作用,促进和保障数学教育改革的顺利进行.
