本人经过多年来的教学实践以及参加的各级各类培训学习,深深地感觉到:教师对学生实施教育的过程,也是教师的专业不断成长的过程。教师的专业成长不仅意味着教师教育能力的增强,而且也是教师个人整体素质的提高,这会给人带来幸福感。教育专家们在讲座中详实地阐述了各种行之有效的教育教学方法,为我的教育教学起着导航的作用:学员们各抒己见,让我见识了很多不同的教育教学经验,不断刷新着我的教育观点;我也渐渐成为新课程的研究
After many years of teaching practice and attending all levels of various types of training and learning, I deeply felt that the process of teacher education for students is also a process of continuous growth of teachers. Professional growth of teachers not only means that teachers’ ability to enhance education, but also to improve the overall quality of teachers, which will bring happiness. In the lecture, the education experts elaborated various effective teaching and learning methods, and played a guiding role in my education and teaching. The students expressed their opinions and let me see a lot of different education and teaching experience, constantly refreshing me Education point of view; I also gradually become a new course of study
