小儿“肘错环”,又叫“肘脱环”,医学上称为“桡骨小头半脱位”,或称“牵拉肘”。多见于5岁以下的幼儿,尤其是1~3岁的孩子。是家庭中经常遇到的一种小儿肘部损伤性疾患,且患儿易反复发生,不加保护还会形成习惯性肘脱位。 肘错环的发生是由于肘部受到过力纵向牵拉所致。如在穿衣、脱衣,或玩耍、跌倒时患儿肘在伸直位时,被人牵拉前臂,纵向用力提拉造成。患儿发病后,因肘部疼痛而哭闹,患肢不敢活动,害怕别人触动。患侧可出现耸肩,肘关节呈半屈曲或伸直,前臂旋前而紧贴胸部,不敢旋向后侧,不能抬臂与曲肘,勉强取物时肘关节也不能自由活动,被动牵拉前臂或屈曲肘关节
