随着经济全球化与文化多元化趋势的发展,我国电视英语媒体面临的对外传播政治环境、经济环境、文化环境,都产生了深刻的变化。为此我国电视英语媒体有必要通过采用以人为本的传播理念,来实现自身政治功能与人文功能的平衡,通过积极参与国际合作与国际竞争,来适应新闻媒体跨国经营的发展趋势以及激烈的国际市场竞争,并通过强调对外传播人才的培养,来满足国际受众对英语媒介报道水平的需求,从而实现我国电视英语新闻对外传播的可持续发展。
