该研究考察了自制补阳还五单室渗透泵缓释片的体外释放情况,采用总量统计矩原理对其段带相似度进行计算,并对其体外释放特征进行分析以探讨中药制剂超分子印迹模板的存在。结果表明,中药中不同结构的多成分可能存在共同的印迹模板,渗透泵原理制备的补阳还五缓释片中多数成分能够达到“整体受控、同步释放”的目的,但应进一步探讨中药复方中的超分子印迹模板,尝试通过印迹模板控制不同成分的整体同步释放,寻求更适合于中药多成分的控缓释制剂制备技术,使之符合中药用药特点。
