病例1　患者,女,5 5岁。主因上腹痛2月,加重3d入院。行B超检查为肝内胆管结石,胆囊结石。上腹部CT平扫:下腔静脉在肝静脉和肾静脉之间未能显示,膈脚后主动脉两侧分别可见孤立的圆形管状阴影,主动脉左侧的管径明显较另一侧大(图1A) ,在肝顶区心底部水平左侧管状影跨过中线汇入右 Case 1 patients, female, 5 5 years old.
